February 17, 2024 Presbytery Gathering & Workshops

In order to share the hospitality of Christ, we need a couple folks from 7:30a - 9:30 a to set up coffee and refreshments for registration. We need 8 people for registration from 8a - 9:45a. We need 2-4 people to work the parking lot from 8:15a - 9:15a. We need 2-4 people to set up and clean up the catered lunch from 11a - 1:30p. We need 4-6 people to set up after the meeting from 2:30p - 3:30p. We need a couple folks floating around the facility to help direct people. These are two hour shifts throughout the day.
